Please see the link i posted above. As mentioned, we will add the fix to upcoming update.
Malicious link is in commented line therefore has no affect at all on your sites.

Hi,

Please make sure that all pages in your footer menu are translated. For example, following page is missing German translation. After translating all pages, you can simply sync the menus in WPML settings

Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

You can change second part of the code to following one
```

    border-right: 1px solid #e2e2e2!important;
}
```
It was in media queries as you said you did not need for mobile but that should work :)

I changed your code to following one in Style.css file

```

```

We will update the file in upcoming Enfold version. Link is in commented line therefore has no affect but still changing it should get rid of the alert :)

```
//fallback for previous default input link elements: convert a http://www.link.at value to a manually entry
```
and change it to
```
//fallback for previous default input link elements: convert a http://kriesi.at value to a manually entry
```
We have informed our devs :)

Edit: We will add the changes in upcoming Enfold update. Link is in commented line therefore it has no affect whatsoever however applying these changes will take care of Wordfence alert

Kriesi is planning to release ALB as a standalone plugin eventually however he is currently very busy working on theme updates.
He told one user that they can purchase an Enfold license and then integrate ALB into other theme they are using.

1- I searched our forum and it seems like some of Enfold users are using InfusionSoft. Some adjustments might be required but we do not mind taking a quick look :)
2- Please check out Enfold demos here – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/. Most demos have blog examples and you can see example landing page here – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-coming-soon/
3- You can simply add your custom CSS codes into Enfold theme options > General Styling > Quick CSS field. If you are going to make changes on theme files, we recommend you to use a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and apply the changes there.
