Hi,
As i mentioned, issue must be on the server side and should be fixed by your hosting providers. Please contact them and inform them about the issue. They should be able to find the cause of the issue in error logs
Best regards,
YigitHey,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
YigitHey!
This only the second case we are hearing about and first user have not responded unfortunately. I searched what LayerSlider team recommended for users who are having this issue and it seems like issue is on the server side. Can you please try contacting your hosting providers in case they have insights on what could be causing the issue?
Best regards,
YigitHey Roger,
Thanks for the feedback!
1- We will report it to our devs.
2- You can use a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ and translate untranslated strings.
Thanks for your kindness! You can post translation files here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/please-contribute-and-translate-enfold/ and we will add it to upcoming version of the theme :)
Best regards,
YigitHey nemoestudio,
In that case, can you please try have backup of .htaccess file (on the root of your WordPress installation) and then empty its content and check if that makes any difference?
Best regards,
YigitHi,
Code i posted actually should have removed that whitespace. Can you please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it ?

YigitHi,
Thank you for your understanding :)
#2c – I have edited menu names in Appearance > Menus and confirmed that it works on my iphone. Attached a screenshot in private content field. Please note that you would only see mobile menu on mobile devices and not by resizing browser window.
#3 – I changed the code to following one in Quick CSS field
#footer #text-8 .avia-button-wrap { width: 100%; } @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { #footer #text-8 .avia-button-wrap { text-align: right; } .right-aligned { text-align: right; } #footer .flex_column:nth-child(3) .widgettitle { text-align: right; }} @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #footer .widget { text-align: center !important; }}Please review your website :)

It seems like you removed the widget from header. We are going to need to see it to provide you accurate CSS codes. Can you please add it back and let us know?

Please refer to this post – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/ and add widget area to your header and then additionally add following code to Quick CSS as well to hide it on screens smaller than 990px
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { #header .widget { display: none !important; } }You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Or, You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.Best regards,

YigitHey michless,
Yes, that would be possible. The simplest way would be to firstly create a testing page with such icons and then copy their HTML and insert into Navigation Labels in Appearance > Menus. Then you would need some custom CSS code to position them as in your example site.
If you have a staging site (or do not mind us working on your live site), please post login credentials here privately so we can help you with the customization :)
Best regards,
