Since Envato manages download and purchase process, please contact them regarding your refund request. Since they know the issue, they should give you the refund.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 4.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and then use this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/zen-menu-logic/ to display different menu per page. You can simply create a second menu and then choose to display that menu on your “inner” pages.
