You should create different menu in Appearance > Menus for your inner pages. That menu can be totally different than the one on your homepage. Then you should edit the pages where you would like to display your “custom menu” and choose it near bottom on the edit screen :)

2- Dil dosyasinin yerini languages/loco/plugins/ olarak degistirdim. Degisiklik yapip FTP uzerinden dosyayi kontrol ettikten sonra gonul rahatligiyla eklentiyi guncelleyebilirsiniz.

2- It is not one of Enfold’s Advanced Layout Builder shortcodes, therefore you should contact plugin author or creator of the shortcode and ask them if it accepts attributes and if so, which ones. Please also see – https://codex.wordpress.org/Shortcode_API
