@craigriches I replaced the content of wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/asset-manager.class.php file with this one – https://pastebin.com/JpStScD0

We will include the fix in upcoming Enfold update which is planned to be released on 3rd week of March. Please review your website :)

Hi,

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest

In the meantime, please check out this post – https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode and check if safe mode helps. Also, you are currently using an older version of the theme. The latest version of Enfold is 4.2.5 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Hey,

You can go to /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/ folder via FTP and copy asset-manager.class.php file and replace it on other sites where you are experiencing the same issue. Enfold 4.2.6 will be released during the third week of March, in case you would like to wait for upcoming release :)

Hi,

It seems like you have modified enfold/header.php or enfold/includes/helper-main-menu.php files on your child theme. Please copy fresh copies of those files from parent theme and apply the same changes on the files once again. Those files have been updated. I can see old mobile version in source code however it was replaced with a complete new one so it should not be there. I believe once you edit those files again, mobile menu will show up again :)

Thanks for contacting us! :)

If you would like to turn off sidebars globally, you can go to Enfold theme options > Sidebar Settings and choose not to display sidebar.

Alternatively, you can edit pages where you would not like to display sidebars and hide it under Layout section – https://i.imgur.com/GFcwOSg.png

Also, even if there is a sidebar, fullwidth elements push it below them :)

I checked it on my local installation and it does work fine.
Also i was able to add product to cart. Attached a screenshot in private content field however i can reproduce the second issue. You seem to have redirect. Could you please try disabling that temporarily and deactivating all active plugins once again and check if that helps?
