LayerSlider shortcodes do not work unless there is Advanced LayerSlider element on the page. This is either related to LayerSlider update but most probably performance changes we made in Enfold 4.3. Please use Advanced LayerSlider element under Media Elements tab of Advanced Layout Builder for time being. We have already informed our devs :)

Using pixel is fine. Please check your element on different screensizes and if you need to adjust the value depending on screen size, you can use media queries – https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_rwd_mediaqueries.asp

1- I reported it to our devs earlier today. It might be related to LayerSlider update or performance changes we made but currently LayerSlider shortcode is not working unless there is Advanced Layerslider element on the page. I added your slider using Advanced LayerSlider element.

2- I am getting “Using self hosted videos is currently disabled. You can enable it in Enfold » Performance” message in both your installation and on my localhost. I will report this issue to our devs as well.

Hi Jasmer,

Instagram made changes on their API so we needed to update theme files.
I replaced enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php file with a new one and confirmed Instagram widget is working.

Fix was included in Enfold 4.3. You can read more about the release here – https://kriesi.at/archives/enfold-4-3-performance-update

Hi,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

I deleted it and it helped. Please review your website.

I disabled ModSecurity in cPanel and that helped. Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist “admin-ajax.php” file from mod_sec rule?

In the link i shared in private content field, only .php files were excluded. I edited and changed it to “.php, .woff” to exclude .woff files as well.

That was because of your CDN. I excluded .woff files as well as they were already being served through CDN. Please review your website
