You can choose 5th header type which is “Header with social icons and bottom navigation”. Menu would look very similar to the second screenshot you posted with some CSS codes :)

In your code !important is added, it forces elements to be #333 even if you change them elsewhere.

Have you tried following code? It should be useful for you if you will not use iframe codes elsewhere.
iframe { width: 0!important; }And you can right click on the link above and open in new tab. It is a screencast showing what happens if width of iframe changes to 0 from 300px :)
