Please go to Enfold theme options > General Settings and change Blog Style to Single Author, big Preview pic.

Changes were made in Header.php ( your GTranslate code ) file and you have some custom css in Quick CSS section. That was all i did :)

2) Please go to Enfold > Theme options > Google Analytics Tracking Code and see if “http://diaarts.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=avia#” is added there. If so, just remove it.

You do have 18 active plugins. Can you deactivate them all and check if issue remains? If not, then you can activate one by one to find the one that is causing the issue

You can go to ThemeForest and login with the account you purchased Enfold and download it manually from “Downloads” section then try to update it via FTP

It really depends on your logo. It is not a must, but as mentioned there, some custom css may be needed. If you need it after you upload your logo, let us know :)
