When I logged in to your site functions.php file was broken (mime type related function in case someone on your team was editing), so I had to delete broken code and add a shortcode and enqueue files in functions.php file.

I edited your page with Zoho form. I had to add it as shortcode because HTML was breaking WP dashboard. You can display contact form using [zoho_sc] shortcode. Please review your website :)

1- Out of the box, no, however you can go to Enfold theme options and disable “Lightbox Modal Window” and install a lightbox plugin that supports thumbnails below lightbox :)
2- No, there is not.
3- Yes, you can use Advanced Layout Builder when creating your portfolio items and use any element you like on single portfolio pages :)
4- Sure, you can create different categories and choose to display portfolio items from certain category on a certain page and display other categories in corresponding pages :)

Yes, we update LayerSlider in Enfold almost with each update so by keeping your theme up-to-date, you are also keeping LayerSlider up-to-date :)

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a ThemeForest account which was used to purchase the theme.

The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and a Personal Token. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.

If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.

Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.

I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

Glad the first issue was resolved!

Regarding second one, I think it is related to the plugin. Links in plugin settings are broken and when updating them with correct URL, notification goes away. Please contact plugin authors and ask what could be the reason or update the links in plugin settings manually :)
