Please add following code to Quick CSS as well to center main menu and adjust the value to center perfectly
.main_menu { right: 30%; }When i checked your website header was non-fixed. It is tricky to have logo and main menu centered on fixed header. So i suggest you using a non-fixed one if you need them to have centered.

Please, log out from admin and then check your website. Your visitors will see it fine.
It is not possible to increase the height of the image. Container width is 1130px and your image width is 1140px so it gets resized. I have made other changes as well. It is not that easy to achieve what you would like without having a side effect, such as space in the bottom of the content. I have added a new color section element on top of the one you have previously added. Please check your website while logged out then you can go ahead and remove the color section you have created.

Are you using any plugin like Jetpack to display a different theme on mobile? I have just checked your website on my iphone 4 and it does not display mobile version of Enfold

Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times. It does make changes on my end

Please try re-updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite JavaScript files
