Hey antoinebro!

In WordPress dashboard please go to Appearance > Editor and open Functions-enfold.php file and find
```
title='".__('Permanent Link:','avia_framework')." ".esc_attr( $title )."'
```
and remove it

If that does not work, please post a screenshot and show the changes you would like to make

You are using Enfold version 2.4.1 which is fairly old. Please update the theme to the latest version 2.6.2 and let us know if issue remains

Please try adding !important rule as following
```
.avia_transform .avia-gallery-thumb img { opacity: 1!important; }

-o-animation: none!important;

```
Code works fine on my local installation even without !important rules. Please flush browser cache after applying the code. If adding the code to Quick CSS section does not work, try adding it to Custom.css file inside Enfold/Css folder as well
