You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.

No it will not. Only if you have made changes on theme files and not using a child theme, you will have to redo those changes. Also if you have changed the theme name, make sure that they are matching not to lose your options

It would be in boxed layout only if you choose “boxed layout” in Enfold theme options > Styling > General > “Use stretched or boxed layout?”.

I just checked your website on my iphone 4 and in both portrait and landscape mode, scroll is not smooth on my end. Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps

Seems like Loader.js you have added to your page is causing the issue. You can try enabling debugging mode – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
then edit your home page and switch to Default Editor (from Avia Layout Builder) and remove the script you have added and then save your page. If that does not work, please try re-creating your pageRegards,

I have adjusted custom CSS code a bit and it seems to be working fine now. Your first menu item is set to display as MegaMenu. You can go to Appearance > Menus to display it as standard menu
