You can change mailto: (Email address hidden if logged out) link to your contact page link simply.
You can center menu using

.main_menu { right: 28%; }
```
You should adjust the value to center it perfectly.

Which browser and OS are you using? Have you tried flushing browser cache after applying custom CSS code?
