You are using very old version of the theme. Please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads to download the latest version 2.6.2 and update the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750

You should change the code to following one

It was created using CSS so it flies in and flies out from the same direction. It is possible to change it but you are going to need to hire a freelance developer on Envato Studio or Codeable for that kind of customization as it is beyond the scope of support we can provide. You can also request quote from WerkPress.
