Unfortunately only way is editing file via FTP. I do not know your agreement but you should have all login credentials needed for FTP database etc.

Default values are 50px

Please go to Appearance > Widgets and add your widgets to widget areas called Footer column 1 and so on. You can find footer options in Enfold theme options > Footer tab
