Please try deactivating all active plugins and then try re-installing the theme. One of the plugins may be causing the issue. As far as i know, none of the other users reported such issue

Do you mean features page – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/features/ ? If so, it is actually a Tab element. You should choose to display tabs on the left side and without border http://i.imgur.com/Y5KwyI1.jpg

Many features were added to the theme since the version you are using.

Please go to Enfold theme options > Header Layout > Extra Elements. However if the website we are talking about is – http://hammercontractors.com/ it seems like it is still using the older version of the theme. You can check the theme version in Appearance > Themes > Click on “Theme Details” on Enfold

1- Please go to Enfold theme options > Header Layout > Mobile Menu > Header Mobile Menu activation and choose 990px
2- Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

.avia-content-slider .slide-image, .avia-content-slider .slide-image img { background: transparent !important; max-height: 185px; }
