If that does not work, add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab and adjust as needed

Please go to Enfold theme options > Header Layout > Header Layout > Header Title and Breadcrumbs and choose not to display both of them

Please go to Appearance > Menus and create a new menu and check Enfold Secondary Menu under Menu Settings -http://i.imgur.com/nf1Axwv.png
Then choose to display menu on the header in Enfold theme options > Header Layout > Extra Elements

Are you using Enfold?
If you would like to use shortcodes inside shortcodes, you can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have creating in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.

Please go to Enfold theme options > Footer Layout > Default Footer Widgets & Socket Settings and make sure you chose to display footer by default. If it is set, please edit your pages and make sure footer is set to display under layout – http://i.imgur.com/Sof1uRG.png
Please also try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

If that does not help, add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
