Please go to Enfold theme options > Header Layout and choose to display “Logo center, menu below”. It should center your logo perfectly.

You are currently using Enfold version 2.5.4 which is not compatible with WordPress 4.0. Please update Enfold to the latest version 2.9.2 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750

You have empty text widgets in Footer column 2 and Footer column 3 widget areas. Please go to Appearance > Widgets and place needed widgets inside those widget areas
