Not sure if i understood you correctly but you can add Blog Posts element to your page and choose to display certain category

Please go to Appearance > Menus and create a new menu and choose to display it as “Enfold footer menu” by checking the checkbox under Menu Settings. You can include your current Privacy Policy to your menu.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is 2.9.2. If you are not, please update the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750

Please turn on Custom CSS field for ALB elements ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ ) and give your text blocks a unique class and then add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

Sorry but your page currently does not load on my end. Do you have CSS minifying feature active on any plugin? If so please try de-activating it and check if that helps. Code works fine on my local installation

You can access to Custom.css file via FTP. Or you can use a plugin like this one to make changes on the files from WP backend – https://wordpress.org/plugins/solid-code-theme-editor/
