Please try changing the name of “plugins” folder in wp-content via FTP.
Also Please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.

Hey!

Have you tried on an actual mobile device? I checked your website on my iphone 4 and i cannot see any jumping on my end. There is when resizing the browser but that is expected because the video you have on the top of your page is responsive and adapts to screensize when browser is resized.
