I have added the code to Quick CSS field and flags are removed. I saw that you have added the code to style.css file of your child theme but it is currently commented out.

Do you flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times after making the changes? It sounds like cache related issue.
If you do not mind please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it

Which images exactly? I checked your website and responsiveness seem to work fine. Images and columns are resizing as they supposed to. If you could please post a screenshot showing the issue we can make sure that we are not missing anything
