1- To activate the WPML language switcher go to WPML > Languages and tick the “Display the language switcher in the WP Menu” checkbox.
2- Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab.main_menu li.language_de, .main_menu li.language_en { display: none; }Cheers!

You can just create your blog page just like any other page using Advanced Layout Builder ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-advanced-layout-editor/ ) then go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout and choose “Use the advance layout editor to build your own blog layout (simply edit the page you have chosen in Enfold->Theme Options as a blog page)” as Blog Style

If Advanced Layout Builder still does not work, you are going to need to de-activate the plugin or contact plugin author to see if they can help.Cheers!

You can create it using ALB easily. You can enable debugging mode ( i posted above but just in case in went unnoticed http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ ) and you can see the shortcodes when you switch to default editor.

Please upload Enfold.zip file somewhere on FTP and tell us where so we can try installing the theme for you.
For your information, “Stylesheet Missing” is a common issue ( https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510 and http://themeforest.net/forums/thread/how-to-fix-broken-themestylesheet-missing-wordpress-theme-issues/23755 ) and should be corrected by installing the theme via FTP ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/).Regards,

I realised that i forgot to ask you to place your images inside 1/3 column elements. Sorry about that.
You can save your page as template ( http://i.imgur.com/pkv1y7C.jpg ) and create exact copy of it on another private page and try the changes there firstly.Cheers!
