Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab and adjust as needed

.av-main-nav > li > a { padding: 0 40px; }

You may need to adjust the value for different screensizes using media queries ( https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Guide/CSS/Media_queries )

You can target each menu item separately using menu item ID’s. You can right click on Chrome or Firefox to inspect elements to find menu item ID’s http://i.imgur.com/HyPTCRg.jpg
