As @elliott said, you are currently using an older version ( 2.4.4 to be exact ). Please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads section to download the latest version and update the theme via FTP – http://vimeo.com/64927356

After that, please check that your API key is correct – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Please go to Media > Library and click on your second logo image and you can find URL on the right hand side – http://i.imgur.com/zL2ZUJZ.png
That is what you should put in the code instead of current “http://kriesi.at/wp-content/themes/kriesi/images/logo.png”

Creating a Forum page and adding following shortcode should does it

Hey!

Please create a testing environment with WordPress 4.0 and Enfold 3.0.2 installed and post admin login credentials to us. We have to see the issue to provide you a solution.
WordPress 4.0 and Enfold 3.0.2 works perfectly for all users, it should work for you too. Have you tried deactivating all active plugins and checked if that helps as i suggested in my previous post? Also please make sure that all plugins are all up-to-date.

You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.

As long as theme names are matching, your theme options (including your custom CSS code in Quick CSS field) remain the same. You can ditch the plugin :)
