Since active theme is not Enfold now we cannot check which version of the theme you are using.

You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.Can you also post the link to your website and a screenshot showing the changes you would like to make so we can make sure that we are on the same page?

There was no element but whitespace was there as you mentioned. I placed a Text Block element, updated the page, went back and removed Text Block element, updated the page once again and whitespace is now gone. Please review your website.

Hayir, eklentiye guncelleme gelmedigi surece eklentiyi guncellemeniz gerekmez.
Demo import yaparsaniz yeni sayfalar medya elementleri vs. veri tabaniniza eklenir. Sectiginiz demoya gore tema ayarlarida degisebilir. Kopyalamak istediginiz sayfanin linkini demo site uzerinden gondeririz, biz size shortcode’lari gondeririz.

You can add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
#socket { position: fixed; bottom: 0; width: 100%; }That would make it fixed to bottom but on bigger screens you will still see a blue bar at the bottom if you do not have enough content. You can also try adding following code to Quick CSS field

You are currently using a very old version of Enfold which is not compatible with WordPress 4.0. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.2 via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – http://vimeo.com/67209750

Please try changing “max_execution_time” value to 60 in php.ini file and try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP You can contact your service provider and they can help you with that.

Please go to Appearance > Menus and create a menu and add your pages in it then check “Enfold main menu” under Menu Settings. If that does not help, please post the link to your website. We may need a temporary admin login as well
