1- Please add following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor
```
add_filter('avf_logo_subtext', 'kriesi_logo_addition');
function kriesi_logo_addition($sub) {
    $sub .= "Company Name";
    return $sub;
}
```
2- Can you please elaborate? Where you would like to move your logo? You can go to Enfold theme options > Header and change logo and menu position

You are currently using an older version of Enfold. Please update it to the latest version 3.0.4 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
P.S.: Updating the theme will fix footer issue you are having as well
