You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.Regards,

No, unfortunately easy slider does not have the same features LayerSlider have. You can purchase LayerSlider plugin as a standalone plugin or Revolution Slider. Both are compatible with Enfold

I cannot see breadcrumbs on your page. Please flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times. You can also go to Enfold theme options > Header > Header Title and Breadcrumbs and turn it off globally

You can upload your logo in any size up to 300px but you need to change header height in Enfold theme options > Header > Header Size = Custom Pixel Value and then set it to height of your logo
