Yes, you can update the theme from backend but we recommend updating the theme via FTP for making sure that all files are overwritten

The theme you are currently using is not Enfold. You can find Business flat demo in Enfold theme options under Demo Import tab – http://i.imgur.com/Ch9vp9u.png

Can you please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
