I have a quick test but could not see any issues. Two users reported secondary scroll bars ( i could not reproduce on my end using Safari, Chrome and Firefox ) and they posted a fix here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/wordpress-4-1/#post-370458

Please try updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files. You can find the instructions in my previous post. Updating via FTP should work fine and fix the issues

Have you made any changes in Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor?
Top part modified with codes, i removed them and it is not showing up now. If you have added the code i will paste it back inRegards,
