Also, have you contacted plugin author? They would probably have better insight on what could be causing such issues on themes :)

That is added by YouTube and I am afraid there is no easy way of removing it. You can use self hosted videos on Video element as well, in case that would help :)

I went to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling and unchecked “footer” from H3 element – https://imgur.com/a/MjdwCvD. They were not visible as they were the same color as background color.
If you would like to change footer widget title colors, please edit Widget Title element in Advanced Styling and check only “footer” option :)

We are sorry for the late reply!

I looked into making the theme compatible with the plugin on a child theme however due to structure of our theme, it seems a bit complicated. However, Enfold already provides Advanced Layout Builder elements for WooCommerce. After activating WooCommerce, you can simply edit your page and go to Plugin Additions tab of Advanced Layout Builder to add one of the elements to your page :)

Please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable JS file merging and compression, save theme options and refresh your page a few times. If that does help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

Hi Lilija,

It seems like you have some sort of server side caching. I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disabled both CSS and JS file merging and compression however even when clearing browser cache, I see compressed files.

Could you please try clearing cache on your server and check if that helps?

Due to our agreement with Envato/ThemeForest, we exclusively sell Enfold on ThemeForest/Envato, therefore, we are not allowed to directly sell or distribute themes. I know this was not the answer you wanted to receive but registering to our support forums and generating Personal Token for auto updates are also only possible when you purchase the theme through ThemeForest.
