Please try adding !important rule as following
```
.av-menu-button-colored > a .avia-menu-text { border-radius: 50px!important; }
```
and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times. If you are using CSS minifying feature, please disable it before applying the code

Your website is not loading on my end right now. You can create a temporary admin login using (Email address hidden if logged out) but please post login credentials here privately so any available moderator can look into the issue.
Did plugin authors tell you what could be causing the issue? They should have better insight on it. As you have read in scope section while registering ( https://kriesi.at/support/register/ ) we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins but we do not mind taking a quick look. In that case any pointers from plugin authors would help.
