Elliott posted you selectors that you can use in Quick CSS field. You should adjust them separately as following
```
#header input[type="text"] { font-size: 18px !important; }
#header input[type="submit"] { font-size: 16px!important; }

input[type="text"] { font-size: 22px!important;  }
input[type="submit"] { font-size: 20px !important;  }
```

Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.8 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and WordPress to 4.1.
If that does not help, please try de-activating all active plugins
