You are currently using a very old version of Enfold which is not compatible with WordPress version you are using. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.8 preferably via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Please go to Appearance > Editor and open Functions.php file and check if there is such code on the top of the file – http://pastebin.com/ZpR2wN7s
and remove it. If you are not comfortable editing the file, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can check it for you.
Please consider installing a security plugin

Hey!

You have chosen to display social icons on the main header but you have not added any social profiles so there was only border. I chose not to display social icons and removed the code so border should not be issue any more and mobile menu issue will be fixed with upcoming update :)
