You can create a new menu in Appearance > Menus and then choose to display them on either left or right side of the header meta section. In this example we chose to display them on the right side – https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-medical/

If that is not what you meant, could you please post a screenshot and show how you would like to display? You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com and post the links here :)

I checked your website on Safari on my iphone and checked in responsive mode on macOS Safari however contact form shows up fine on my end. I attached a screenshot in private content field below.
When you click on the fields, it automatically zooms into the field. Could that be the case?

Hi,

Themes are not deleted from your account. Since they come with lifetime update, they should be always available. If you are sure that you are using the correct account, please contact Envato support and ask them about it.

Due to our agreement with Envato, we are not able to send you a copy however if you can send us a copy of your license in private content field and WP admin and FTP logins, we can update the theme for you :)
Even in that case, please contact Envato support because you would not be able to receive future updates :)

Please login on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased Enfold and go to Downloads page to download the latest version of the theme.
Then you can update the theme by referring to Rikard’s post above :)
