Hey,

You are currently using an older version of Enfold.

Please update Enfold to the latest version 5.6.5 (https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/) and check if that fixes the issue.

If that doesn’t, please create temporary admin logins and share them with us in the private content field.

This issue was already addressed. Please update Enfold to the latest version 5.6.5: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/.

Hey Azzam,

Dropdowns are working on my end on the page you created with ALB. Please see the screenshot in the private content field. Please make sure to clear any server-side, plugin-based, and browser caches.

Another page seems to be created with Elementor.

Also, there is a blue line at the top of home page and few links as well which are half visible

It looks like this is the footer you created with Elementor.

We don’t recommend using Enfold’s Advanced Layout Builder with Elementor at the same time.

Please try deactivating Elementor and check if that resolves the error. You can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting (https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/) plugin to do that safely.

Hey Buddy,

You can add the following code to the bottom of the Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling to remove the Client Champion image from your page:
```
.page-id-1492 #media_image-8 {
  display: none;
}
```
Please send a screenshot and show the other changes you’d like to make so we can help you hide them as well.

Please check out the troubleshooting steps at https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-. It sounds like you may need to use SMTP. You can try using the WP Mail SMTP and check the mail logs to find out why you’re not receiving emails.

Form submissions are not saved in the WordPress dashboard. Please feel free to request this feature at https://github.com/KriesiMedia/Enfold-Feature-Requests.

If you’d like to apply the fix, please replace the /enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php file with this one https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_5_6_5/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php in Appearance > Theme Editor or via FTP.

It looks like adding the following code to the Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab would fix this issue:

```
Are you able to reproduce this issue when you use the Slider Revolution element in Advanced Layout Builder under the Plugin Additions tab?

Profile 01, Profile 02, and Profile 03 are 260×185 pixels and the rest of the images are 900×600 pixels. Please make sure the ratio of the images is the same.

You have an outdated version of /includes/helper-main-menu.php in your child theme. Please update the file with a fresh copy and then reapply your modifications on the file.

I couldn’t reproduce the issue with Enfold 5.6.5, WordPress 6.2.2, and PHP 8.2.4.

It looks like the issue is related to your server settings. Please contact WP Engine support team (https://wpengine.com/support/) and let them know about the error you are getting.

If fixing that error doesn’t resolve the slider issue, please replicate the issue on a staging site and send us admin login credentials and FTP logins privately so we can investigate it.

Hey José,

Please send us the new purchase code and we will send you the older Enfold versions once we validate your purchase.

I’d probably try updating the PHP version and then updating WordPress, Enfold, and plugins via FTP or in your case, by overwriting the files manually.

Our host only blocks IPs when their security software detects multiple brute-force like attempts from certain IPs.
