I couldn’t reproduce the issue with Enfold 5.6.5, WordPress 6.2.2, and PHP 8.2.4.
It looks like the issue is related to your server settings. Please contact WP Engine support team (https://wpengine.com/support/) and let them know about the error you are getting.
If fixing that error doesn’t resolve the slider issue, please replicate the issue on a staging site and send us admin login credentials and FTP logins privately so we can investigate it.

Please send us the new purchase code and we will send you the older Enfold versions once we validate your purchase.
I’d probably try updating the PHP version and then updating WordPress, Enfold, and plugins via FTP or in your case, by overwriting the files manually.

You can do the following:
Please add the following code to the bottom of the Functions.php file of your child theme or as a new snippet in the Code Snippets plugin to enable advanced Custom Element Template options:
add_theme_support( 'show_advanced_custom_element_options' );Go to Enfold theme options > Custom Element Templates, enable CETs, enable the Show Advanced Options, in the Hierarchical Custom Elements field, select the “Allow use of hierarchical custom elements” option, and in the Custom Elements For Subitems field, select the “Individually select subitem custom element templates” option.
Then, edit one of your pages, go to the Custom Elements tab of ALB, click the Add New Custom Element (https://i.imgur.com/DSxiFWB.png), select the Accordion Slider element, adjust it as needed, and save. Then you can replace your Accordion Sliders with this element. If you need to edit it, you can click the Edit Custom Elements button and edit your Accordion Slider CET.
If you have more than one element, you can create a separate page with those elements and display it using the Page Content element (https://i.imgur.com/kJkr6Ev.png).

If the previous domain you used your license on is no longer active, you can use the license on the new site. It’s fine as long as the license count matches the active site count.

You can use the same license on subdirectories however for multi-sites and subdomains, you’d need a separate license for each installation. You can read more about the licenses at https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard.

You can go to Enfold theme options > Blog Layout > Blog Layout and select the Use the advanced layout editor to build your own blog layout option (https://i.imgur.com/J61TGUh.png). After that, you can edit your Blog page with Advanced Layout Builder, add a Blog Posts element to your page, and exclude the category you wouldn’t like to display on your blog page (https://i.imgur.com/ssABwkz.png).

I would appreciate your help in understanding which Enfold Theme Licence we need to purchase, I do not fully understand the difference between the PSD version and the Fully Responsive, can you please explain?
If you need to purchase a new license, you would need to purchase the WordPress theme: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990.
I need to explain to my manager what we have and what we need to purchase and why. Our WordPress theme options screen shows us having version 4.4.1. Is this the PSD version or an old version of the Responsive?
Do you have access to the ThemeForest/Envato account that was used when the theme was first purchased? If so, you can log in with that account and go to the Downloads page (https://themeforest.net/downloads) to download the latest version of Enfold and install it in Appearance > Themes > Add New.
After that, you can refer to this post https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token, generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates.
If you don’t have access to the ThemeForest account but have an API key in Enfold theme options > Theme Updates, you can try installing the Envato Market (https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/) plugin and inserting your API key in plugin settings to see if you’ll receive the update.
If my suggestions above don’t work, you’d need to purchase a license because you are using an outdated version of Enfold which is not compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP.
Are there any discounts for non profit organisations?

- Please go to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder, enable the Show Advanced Options toggle, and enable the Debug Mode for admins (https://i.imgur.com/3FvoNJV.png).
- On an empty page, add a Social Buttons element to your page, configure it, and copy its shortcode from the debug field (https://i.imgur.com/QbNvXT2.png)
- Go to Appearance > Widgets, add a Custom HTML widget to your widget area, and paste the shortcode into it.

Our developers fixed the issue and it will be included in an update we’re going to release soon.
If you’d like to apply the patch, please go to Appearance > Theme File Editor > Enfold > config-woocommerce/config.php file and replace the content with: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_5_6_2/config-woocommerce/config.php.
If you’d like us to apply the fix for you, please create temporary admin logins and send them privately along with the FTP logins.

I checked your website and cookies were not loaded before I accepted them. Did you select one of the “User must select” options in Enfold theme options > Privacy and Cookies > Cookie Handling > Default Cookie Behaviour (https://i.imgur.com/LmSxPbq.png)?

There’s nothing wrong with your code or the way you posted it on the forums. It looks like using shortcodes inside the code on the forums causes this but due to the complex setup of our forum and lack of permissions, we couldn’t investigate this enough to tell what exactly caused the issue.

We found out that a shortcode you added in one of your replies caused this issue. It was correctly wrapped inside code tags so that shouldn’t have been an issue.
I deleted that post and that fixed the issue.

in that shortcode remove all linebreaks – so you got a oneliner shortcodeinsert the shortcode using the do_shortcode – You can limit the use of the shortcode via conditional tags.

Here is what our hosting provider said:
The problem currently is that the IP address [the IP address you shared] was extremely conspicuous regarding “brute force request on WordPress XML-RPC” not only on one server but on over 20 servers. Even if we unblock the IP address, it has such a high scoring in our security system that the block comes into effect again at the slightest conspicuousness.
Tim from Loopia contacted our hosting provider regarding this issue. Since the IP address is still blocked, I’m afraid there wasn’t a solution.
Could you please contact Loopia and ask them if it’d be possible to change your IP address?
