I edited iconbox.php file and commented out following line to fix the issue
'std' => __( 'Click to add your own text here', 'avia_framework' ),

We are going to fix the issue as soon as possible and release an update.

Please review your website and use Icon Box element.

Hey David,

I went to Appearance > Editor and commented out following line in /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/iconbox/iconbox.php file
```
‘std’ => __( ‘Click to add your own text here’, ‘avia_framework’ ),
```

Hey,

I updated Enfold to version 4.8.3. We are going to fix a few issues with 4.8.4 so I did not update to that version.

Also, your server is currently running PHP version 5.6.40. Minimum recommended version of PHP for WordPress is 7.4. Please contact your server manager and ask them to upgrade PHP version.

Minimum recommended version of PHP for WordPress is 7.4 but Enfold 4.8.3 would work on PHP 7.2 as well :)

Please review your website and generate a Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive future auto updates in WP dashboard so you can update the theme with a few clicks :)

Hi Pablo,

Videos in sliders are disabled on mobile due to browser incompatibility. Please set a fallback image in slide settings. Alternatively, you can create another slider without videos and choose to hide current slider on mobile in Advanced > Responsive tab of the element and choose to display newly created slider on mobile and to hide it on desktop.

@farzanahmed I checked your website on my iphone but background video in color section plays fine on my end. Please see screenshot here – https://imgur.com/a/GDmMP3i

Yes, that was the information we needed. Thank you.

I updated the theme to the latest version via FTP. You should be able to login to your site.

However, even before updating the theme, I was receiving “server cannot be found” error. According to this site, https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com your website is currently down. Please contact your hosting provider and they should be able to help you with that as this is server related issue.

Issue is definitely related to the very old version of Enfold theme you are using, 3.3.2. It is not compatible with your WordPress version. Downgrading WP version temporarily would fix the issue.

Unfortunately, the only way to verify the purchase is by having a purchase code. Please show this screenshot to the person who has purchased the theme so they can login on ThemeForest and find the purchase code and share it with you – https://kriesi.at/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/registration_steps.jpg

After that, please post your purchase code, WP and FTP logins here privately so we can update the theme for you :)

I checked your website and it seems like theme files were not modified so updating should go smoothy. I have attached Enfold 3.0.4 in private content field field in case you would like to compare files.

To be on the safe side, please update the theme on a testing installation.

The very first Special Heading element on your homepage was set to link to manual URL however URL was missing. I simply chose “no link” and that helped. If you would like to add a link to it, you can simply change the option and insert a link.

Your menu was not set as Main Menu in Appearance > Menus > Menu Settings so I simply went there and set it. Could you please review your website?

However I am sure what you mean by “show as” option. Could it be related to one of the plugins you were using?
