You can login on ThemeForest with the account you used to purchase the theme and go to Downloads page to download the latest version of the theme and update it – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/. Your theme options will not be changed during the update.

After updating the theme, you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options. Envato has updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5 so any Enfold version older than that requires a manual update first :)

LayerSlider is available out of the box, you do not need to activate it to use it. You can go to LayerSlider WP tab in WP dashboard to create/edit your sliders.

We include updated version of LayerSlider in Enfold updates. If you would like to use premium features, you would need to purchase a separate license.

If you could elaborate on the changes you would like to make, we could try to come up with a workaround but if what you would like to do is definitely adding featured image to tags, I am afraid you would need to hire a freelance developer for such customization as it would be out of the scope of our support.

Sorry, I thought you meant Fullwidth Easy Slider.

Please edit your slider and go to Advanced > Developer Settings and give your slider a custom ID (“custom-slider” in example below) and then add following code to bottom of Quick CSS field

@media only screen and (min-width: 990px) {
#custom-slider .avia-caption.av-slideshow-caption {
    top: 50%;
    left: 45%;
}}

You may need to adjust the values on smaller screens as following

@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
#custom-slider .avia-caption.av-slideshow-caption {
    top: 50%;
    left: 35%;
}}

After updating the file on my local installation I can no longer reproduce the issue. Could you create temporary admin logins and share them here privately so we can look further into the issue?

Changing your code to following

@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {
.av-large-gap.av-fixed-size .av-masonry-entry .av-inner-masonry { 
     right: 0; 
}
}

fixes the issue on desktop however right/left spacing is not correct then.

Hi,

I updated Enfold to the latest version 4.8.6.2, cleared cache and created a test post with a newly uploaded featured image and it worked. I attached the screenshot in private content field below. I then went ahead and downgraded the version back to 4.8.5 as this is your live site.

Have you flushed cache after updating the theme?

There are Enfold users using Mix and Match Products and WooCommerce Subscriptions however we have never received a feedback regarding All Products for WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin so we are not sure if it works nicely with Enfold. There was a conflict with Mix and Match Products plugin in the past however plugin author has contacted us and we have fixed the issue.

I tried de-activating all active plugins except for your security plugin, renamed section IDs and activating parent theme however none of them helped. I tried uploading the latest dev version of Enfold and got locked out due to your security plugin :)

@guenni007 has posted a workaround for this however it includes adding custom class to column element – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/lightbox-show-everything-and-more/#post-1288918. Could you please try wrapping your gallery with a div and give it a custom class attribute and check if that helps?
