Please go to Enfold theme options > Footer and choose to display 4 column and then go to Appearance > Widgets and then place your widget inside each footer column respectively

Since you are using it for the same website, you can use a single license. And yes, you would need to have two separate databases.

You can download the latest version of the theme from ThemeForest and update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
But before updating, please edit style.css file and change theme name to “Chalkline”Regards,
