Hi,

After researching some more on this issues I found out that Google has deprecated some features that allowed to force playback videos in HD. The URL format still works but simply plays the video in default quality/settings.

The URL format is not supported in the slider. Maybe you can give some advance embed plugin a try.

Hey Colin,

Please use the “Video” element under the Advanced Layout Builder > Media elements tab. You can play self-hosted videos or from popular video sites like YouTube and Vimeo.

To open a video in lightbox add an Image element then set the “Image Link?” to “Set manually”. Add the youtube/Vimeo video. It will open the video in a lightbox automatically.

Please remove the CSS class name “ppm-logo-neu” from img.

I think the duplicate class name on a and img is causing a conflict.

Replace your CSS with the below

.ppm-logo-neu,
.ppm-logo-neu img,
a.ppm-logo-neu:hover img {	
    position: fixed !important;
    right: 0px !important;
    bottom: 0px !important;
    width: 250px !important;
    height: 250px !important;
}

If all plugins are working correctly the only issue I can suspect at the moment is your WP and Hosting memory limit. Please set a higher memory limit in WordPress config file. Access wp-config.php file in the root directory and add the below line to increase the WordPress memory limit. For a detailed explanation please check WordPress Codex.

If possible increasing the memory on the hosting server by getting in touch with your hosting company.

Hi,

Do you have multiple sliders? One for desktop and one for mobile? If so please check the links in both sliders.

If you still have any issue please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can log in and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

You can consider converting the site to a single page site as there is no such option to do that. Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

Hi,

I personally would use YouTube simply because any file that you add to your site locally will add to page weight which in turn affect page ranking. YouTube, on the other hand, optimize the video very well to load fast and there are some advanced embed options which let’s you customize the video.

The important rule will tell the browser to give more importance to a specific rule it is more complicated than this but you can google “How CSS important works” :)
