Enfold is running on thousands of websites without any issue with the contact form however since each site has a different server configuration and many plugins there is a possibility that a conflict may arise.

Please follow the simple steps mentioned in this link to resolve the contact form issue.

We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.

But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

There are many plugins on the repo and we cannot test them all as each site will have a different server configuration/settings. As far as I know, there are no known issues with the current version of the theme and the plugin. It is best that you test it out on your site and if it does not work please use another plugin which supports the features you are looking for.

Hi,

The theme settings looks fine to me.

If you lost the changes there is no easy way to get it unless you have exported and saved a backup of the settings file from Enfold > Import/Export tab.

I’m afraid you have to start from scratch and set up, for now, please make sure to backup theme options settings for future use from Enfold > Import/Export tab.
