Hello people of Enfold,
Suddenly all forms in Enfold doesn’t send emails anymore. I read this morning all topics I could find and I am sure it is a Enfold-theme problem. Now I use Contactform 7 and everything works. This is not a question but I am disappointed because I bought a lot of licenses and running different websites which I have to change all. That’s a lot of work and thats why I am disappointed.

Hey Marcel,
I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I assure you we will help you resolve this issue. Enfold is running on thousands of websites without any issue with the contact form however since each site has a different server configuration and many plugins there is a possibility that a conflict may arise.
Please follow the simple steps mentioned in this link to resolve the contact form issue.
