I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

Please enable custom CSS class name support from Enfold options > Layout Builder > Developer options
Give the glass jar image and the button a unique class names
Then use the custom CSS in Quick CSS to target each item with a z-index followed by the !important rule.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

@juliosecum please open a new ticket and provide your credentials. That way only the mods can view the private content.A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for your issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

Please add the CSS code to Quick CSS to change the priority :) You can remove Open Sans as it is not a common font in all systems and include the rest.

Thank you for the credentials, I checked a few pages randomly and every single one of them opens fine on my end. Screenshot attached.
You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
If you still have an issue please let us know exactly which page and what device and browser you are trying on so we can help you better.

The font is very thin and the blur is expected if the size changes.
Please convert the png to svg and upload an svg logo in your theme options.

Thank you for writing to us.
If the content of each tab is not of the same height but in the settings you select the same height for each tab the tab in which there is less content will be center aligned hence the gap appears.
I have updated the settings for the first tab to auto adjust the height please review the site :)

Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for trying to test this on the default theme. The twenty seventeen is a two column theme so the content area where the image is added is small. I have added additional CSS in the page and Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS to make the page 100vw. Also from the text view, I removed the default theme class and width info so the image will display in its original size. Please review the site and let us know.

For testing purpose, I activated the main theme and the compression works properly. Please see screenshot attached.
Only with the child theme, the issue persists. Please remove the additional code in the functions.php file and add only one block of code at a time and refresh the page to check which code is causing this issue.

Try selecting no padding or small padding from the color section element options.
You can also use a Separator/Whitespace element and use a negative number to reduce the margin.
