Hey!
There is no chance the theme is triggering the VLC or Media Player it is local settings on the system. An alternate solution i can suggest is to upload the video on youtube and embed the youtube video on the site.
You can use some tools like https://www.reembed.com/
https://developers.google.com/youtube/youtube_player_demo
Regards,
Vinay KashyapHey!
The screenshots you provided are not working we need to be able to inspect the element in question to provide you accurate solution.
however you please tweak the css below and add it to Enfold > general Styling > Quick CSS
feel free to change the value to + or – to suit your design.
#header .widget { top: -150px; margin-bottom:-150px; }
If the above do not work please provide a working link where we can inspect the element in question.
Best regards,
Vinay KashyapHey!
This code was causing the submenu menu issue
.sub-menu { top: 18px !important; }
We changed the above to
.sub-menu { top: auto !important; }
Make sure you clear the cache by hitting the refresh button while holding down the shift key several time and review the site now :)
Best regards,
Vinay KashyapHi!
We checked the site on windows with latest version of IE and the video play in the browser did not trigger the default player.
It more looks like some custom settings on your device rather than a theme issue. If it is happening on mobile device please check this link http://www.tomsguide.com/faq/id-2338239/videos-open-default-video-player-showing-options-select.html
Regards,
Vinay KashyapHey!

March 11, 2016 at 9:45 am in reply to: Responsive – Transparent Header. I want it to stay the same. HELP!! #596779Hi!
Create a new page use a color section or a full screen slider.
From the page options in the right sidebar select transparent header.
Once you got it setup like the demo we can provide you with custom CSS
You need to tweak the CSS below to suit your design.
/* toggle menu viewport */ @media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { nav.main_menu {display:block !important;} #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {display:none !important; } }
If you have any issues we can setup the demo page for you please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you resolve this issue.

Disable image overlay or hover effect kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/disable-css-overlay-on-images/
To change footer color please go to Enfold > General Styling > Socket > Socket background color

Thank you for the kind words :)
This works if you select huge paddings on desktop and want to reduce on tablets please use the below css
feel free to adjust 50px as required for your design.
/* Reduce color section paddings*/ @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .avia-section-huge .content, .avia-section-huge .sidebar { padding-top: 50px!important; padding-bottom: 50px!important; } }

The below CSS in editor.min.css is causing the change in the editor text color. By changing #FFF to #000 the text will appear black.
See if you can replace it in both editor.css and editor.min.css using a text editor and Ctrl + F (find and replace)
.js .tmce-active .wp-editor-area { color: #fff; }
If this don’t work send us your FTP details
Cheers!

Glad we could help! We have put together some info about enfold theme please feel free to check it out here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
Cheers!
Vinay KashyapYes Sir, it’s the same page we checked.
The slider works fine if the 3rd party extensions/plugins are deactivated. Clearly some extension/plugin is causing a conflict.
To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps
1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
4. Make sure the plugins are all updatedWe have disabled the plugins for you enable it one by one and refresh the page to know the culprit.
Cheers!

Hey!
Oh Sorry, I just checked for the ALB issue but it looks like the theme is not correctly installed.
1. Please backup your site and de-activate all plugins.
2. Goto the URL in private content and re-install wordpress.
3. Completely delete the theme folder and then upload a fresh copy that is downloaded from themeforest.
4. Finally make a child theme to preserve any custom modifications to the theme during theme updates.
Regards,
Vinay KashyapHey!
As i understand when a user click on the picture the information should open in a lightbox correct?
Please add ” ?iframe=true ” to the end of the URL in the image edit options.
When you create a page select no header and footer from the right sidebar option in the page backend options.
It will look something like the screenshot
Cheers!
