I created a test page to check this issue and the default builder works as intended.
Since you are using a third party builder it may be causing this issue. Please try to get in touch with the support for the third party builder and let us know what they have to say.

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

Each domain requires its own license, so if you plan to install the theme on more than one domain, you will need to purchase one license for each domain.

You can try updating the theme using an FTP client.
If you still have an issue, please post FTP and WordPress credentials so we can take a look at it.

Please post the link to your site and the login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

The demo sites are built with a different strategy in mind. Your live site should always be based on what suits your business and users best.
As I understand when you select the blog page nothing changes correct? We need to check the backend of your site please post your admin login details in private.

The images in the grid are not of the same size hence it scales differently. Please make sure all images are of the same height and width.

For testing purpose please remove the custom code and clear the cache.

The layout in your mockup can be created using two 1/2 grids and two images on the right side.
Unfortunately, the grid cannot be split vertically.

At the moment you are using the phone number as part of the logo image. This will make the entire image shrink with the screen.
Please create a widget area as suggested earlier and add your phone number :)
