Hi,
Sorry for the delay, Yes the donate page is blank and I can tell you most likely it is due to a plugin conflict. let us know if we have the permission to disable all plugins and check for the conflict or to find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,

The contact form works right out of the box all you need to do is enter your email address in the edit options that appear when you click on the contact form element.

VinayHi,
We have added the below CSS in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS
#top .av-main-nav li:hover > ul { background-color: rgba(0,58,121,.55)!important; }You may not see the changes until you clear in caching plugins settings and on your local browser.

Yes, that is correct we recommend to use a child theme and paste the snippet in your child themes functions.php file.

VinayHey phillipikoo,
In the colorsection options please select the option ” Stretch to fit (cover element)” under Background Repeat.

VinayHi,
There is no issue with the theme. The 3rd party plugins is causing some elements to disappear. As stated earlier please contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

Please try adding this at the very end of your themes / child themes functions.php file:
The below code will always trigger Available work.
function select_portfolio_filter(){ ?> <script> jQuery( window ).load(function() { jQuery('.inner_sort_button:eq(1)').click(); }); </script> <?php } add_action('wp_head', 'select_portfolio_filter');Best regards,
VinayHey turistai,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
#top .entry-content { max-width: 100% !important; }Best regards,
VinayHey sid01,
I am assuming you are able to type the text and the text color is white so it is not visible or look like a white box. However try to select the text after typing or press Ctrl + A key to select all and see if the text is there. If you notice that the text is there in the text editor but it is white text on white background it is a wordpress issue. It uses a something called a TinyMCE editor and it may have been corrupted.
To resolve the issues try installing this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/tinymce-advanced/
If you still have any issue Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

I will have to personally install this and check the code on my installation to see if this works or not and that would take some time.
I will keep you posted in the meantime if you figure this one out let us know.

Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line right after @package wordpress
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Or you can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.If that does not help please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.

VinayHi,
Thank you for contacting us.
I believe there is a conflict with custom css. Please remove all the the custom css code starting with @media and check the site at 768px exactly where the logo disappears. If you notice that after removing the custom css the logo appears please add the custom css one block at a time and refresh the page to know which code is causing the issue.
regarding the 2nd issue please elaborate exactly which items are not lined up ?
I checked a few pages but did not find the masonry gallery. Please open a new ticket for issues that are not related and provide us with a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
Vinay -
