Please let us know precisely on which page the issue exist and post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

If you are using the latest version of the theme you do not have to add the code mentioned in the link. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

If that does not work please post us the login credentials in private content.

Hi,

If this is a fresh site you are creating from scratch go ahead and import the demo from Enfold > Demo Import.

If you already have content and made changes to the theme settings importing demo will reset the theme settings.

Just create a new LayerSlider and add it at the top of your page should give you the same effect.

The mobile version of the site starts with “m.” which can be shared to be viewed on mobile devices or create your own domain that starts with m.domain.com and re-direct the users to http://m.booking.com/searchresults.html?district=2281

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

Hi,

The menu color was white on hover to fix that please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

#top .header_color .main_menu .menu ul li>a:hover {
    color: #000!important;
}

I did not notice any other problem with the menu it works fine please see attached screenshot. In case you have any issue please de-activate all active plugins and try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
