If you are using the latest version of the theme you do not have to add the code mentioned in the link. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
If that does not work please post us the login credentials in private content.
Best regards,
VinayHey vnfan,
please add a custom css class name to the phone icon and use the below css
.phone-info .custom_class { -ms-transform: rotate(90deg)!important; -webkit-transform: rotate(90deg)!important; -moz-transform: rotate(90deg)!important; transform: rotate(90deg)!important; }Best regards,
VinayHi,
If this is a fresh site you are creating from scratch go ahead and import the demo from Enfold > Demo Import.
If you already have content and made changes to the theme settings importing demo will reset the theme settings.
Just create a new LayerSlider and add it at the top of your page should give you the same effect.
Best regards,
VinayHey Phil,

Please switch to the default wordpress theme in Appearance > Themes and let us know if the same issue occurs.
If you still have the same issue in default wordpress theme A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)

VinayJuly 1, 2016 at 7:51 am in reply to: mobile view: search icon and cart icon should on the right #655554Hey Tobias-B-Conrad,
There is not enough space to fit everything in one line, we need to move the icons below the logo to do so Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) { .responsive #header_main .inner-container, .responsive .main_menu { min-height: 60px; } #top #menu-item-search { top: 40px; } .cart_dropdown_first { position: absolute; top: 40px; left: -110px; } #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { margin-top: 6px; margin-right: 20px; } }Best regards,
VinayHi,
@Eric I have personally used updraft without any issue. A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for the error you are seeing.
If the above does not help please create a new ticket and provide us the wordpress login details with permission to deactivate any plugins.
Thanks for your cooperation :)

VinayJune 30, 2016 at 5:49 pm in reply to: masonry portfolio items – how to display 2 columns & 100% width on mobile & ipad #655401Hi,
I have added a custom class “custom_col” to the masonry element but the caching or the security plugin which is currently active on your site is not letting the changes to reflect on the front end.
Please deactivate all active plugins and check with the below css code. It should work fine.
@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.custom_col .container { width: 100% !important; max-width: 100%; padding: 0; margin: 0; }
.custom_col .flex_column.av_one_full { padding: 0 !important; }
.custom_col .av-masonry-entry { width: 50%; }}Best regards,
VinayHey Tia,
The mobile version of the site starts with “m.” which can be shared to be viewed on mobile devices or create your own domain that starts with m.domain.com and re-direct the users to http://m.booking.com/searchresults.html?district=2281
Let us know if you have any questions.

VinayJune 30, 2016 at 3:11 pm in reply to: class="all_colors" Problem, probably because of Enfold update #655301Hi,
I notice the issue on your site. When you try to edit the h1 – h6 heading styles in Advanced Styling options it don’t reflect. This issue is not related to “all_colors” or “wrap_all” class. When the same class names are added to the div there were no visible changes.
Please backup the theme options and let us know we will try to reset the color scheme in Enfold > General Styling > Select a predefined color scheme. This should fix the issue.
Best regards,
VinayHi,

Hi,
Thank you for bringing this up, I tested the form and it picks up some address and some are not getting picked up. It cannot be fixed with a snippet or small custom code. We have reported it to our developer team. We will release a fix for this in the future updates.
Best regards,
VinayHey LexieIsabelle,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Please refer to this link https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/custom-google-fonts/
Or try using a plugin like
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-google-fonts/

Let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
VinayHey Alexia R.,
Please try the steps provided in this link http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/
