We have deployed a large site and for several pages the advanced editor is not loading. The loading icon just keeps spinning. I’ve tried copying the code, deleting the page, and creating the page again from scratch to no success.

It’s loading the homepage when I try to edit an interior page. I updated all the plugins and the theme to latest version.

Please let us know precisely on which page the issue exist and post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

VinayI have the same (or at least a similar) issue on every page where the advanced editor was used to build the page. The strange thing is, that this happened only to our live website. I also have a test-stage which is a 1:1 copy of the website and where I update the theme, the plugins and wordpress first – just to see if there are any issues. On this stage-site there are no issues. They are only on our live-website.
Are there already any ideas why this happend to mc2designs page?

It turned out to be a very weird glitch. There was a single link to a page that had been configured incorrectly and it caused every page containing the link to not work after I saved it.I’m sorry if that seems vague.
I stumbled upon the fix when I unknowingly deleted the section that contained the link and it was fixed. I then rolled back the page to a previous version was able to isolate the link and the went to the corresponding page and configured it correctly.
