There is no easy way to change the color of the toggle menu dynamically however you can set a dark background so it is awalys visible correctly.

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

Please remove the code in child theme functions.php to check if there is a conflict and update the theme to the latest version 3.7.1

Currently the update button is not visible due to old transient please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
