Sorry for the late reply, and thank you for sharing the screenshots.

The major difference that I notice are page title and sidebar in the search result page.

If you have disabled the sidebar on the pages in Enfold > Sidebar options then the sidebar won’t show in the search pages.

To enable it please go to Enfold > Sidebar > and select Right sidebar on pages as seen in below screenshot.

Then make sure the sidebar has some widgets added in Appearance > widgets > sidebar

To display the page title please go to Enfold > Header > Header Layout > Header Title and Breadcrumbs > Select the options that suit your design best from the drop down list.

If you still have any issues please share the login details in private content.

Hi,

If I understood correctly you like to add the page “Blog Reyes Magos” to the menu correct?

There was no content added in the page “Blog Reyes Magos” hence it was showing blank. I added some test content and it seem to work fine.

If this is not what you are looking for please elaborate the issue and let us know what exactly you are trying to achieve.

Sorry for the late reply, Glad you have the latest version 3.8 please follow the below steps to make a 6 column footer :)

I would have replaced the files on FTP for you however I’m afraid to do it without your permission and proper backing up of 3 files.

Please backup the below 3 php files and download the edited files from here and replace it on the FTP.

wp-content\themes\enfold\footer.php
wp-content\themes\enfold\includes\admin\register-admin-options.php
wp-content\themes\enfold\includes\admin\register-widget-area.php

Don’t forget to add the CSS in Quick CSS.

This should work 100% for you if you have any issues please backup these 3 files and give us permission to replace these 3 files on FTP for you.

Hi,

The site only opens on chrome and not on IE. I’m not sure if it is due to any custom code. Please deactivate the Enfold theme and activate wordpress default theme for testing purpose and check if the default theme opens in IE.

If it does then try to remove all custom code and de-activate all active plugins and check again in IE and let us know if it helps.

Do not add them in code block. WordPress already comes loaded with jQuery you only have to enqueue the 3rd party plugin in wordpress.

As andy mentioned the steps are listed in our documentation. I see you have added a border button. Please select colored button instead of border button in Appearance > Menu > Menu item that need to look like a button.

Sorry for the delay, Please retain the previous code and add this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

If you do not see the result after adding this code The site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

I’m not sure why it went blank try to update it from the theme. If you do not see the update options in the theme please go to Dashboard > Updates > Check manually and wait for wordpress page to show the result with the new themes and plugins. If you still do not see Enfold Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

Sorry for the delay and thank you for elaborating the issue. Yes adblock was on.
I checked on an android tablet and as mentioned the white space appears in landscape mode only. It worked fine on portrait mode.

I’m unable to reproduce the issue on desktop to troubleshoot.

1. Please remove all custom CSS that is added to modify the header.
2. Disable the caching plugin.
3. Add the code one block at a time and refresh the page on the tab.

You will come to know which custom code is causing the issue, we can help you with it.
