The masonry gallery for post works fine please add the post to post catogery and it will show up just fine. Currently there are 0 post in all categories.

To update the theme Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

Please install a child theme http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and copy the header.php from main theme to child theme folder.

You are going to have to make some changes int he code in header.php file by inserting the shortcodes for slider and menu.

Then style them as per your design needs.

The code provided will affect only the mobile device. Please remove the old code and add the code Niko provided at the top of Quick CSS section in Enfold > General Styling.

You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

Hey Xavier,

A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

It’s going take a lot of time to check the previous tickets every time please post the login credentials in this ticket in private content. It will make things easy for everyone.

Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.

To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.

Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing.

Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

Please make sure that your hosting server will allow this. In most cases they do. Once you confirm that you are able to upload zip files we need to take a closer look. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
